LENSER Mixed Pack –
efficiency meets cost effectiveness
The LENSER Mixed Pack combines membrane and chamber filter elements within the plate configuration of a filter press. A membrane element is always followed by a matching chamber element. Together, both plates form a precision fit pair. The chamber element acts as the combination plate – perfectly matched to the respective membrane element.
A Mixed Pack consists of:
- KM – membrane filter element, welded or replaceable
- KX – chamber filter element as the combination plate
This solution delivers the benefits of membrane technology – including post pressing – at lower cost than a full configuration with membrane plates. In many applications, the Mixed Pack is more cost effective while maintaining the same level of performance.

How the process works
The process follows the classic membrane filtration method – including the post pressing phase. The filter cake is evenly dewatered. The result: short cycle times, high efficiency, and consistently reliable filtration results – with significantly reduced effort.
