Support distribution rings
For critical applications with extremely low filter cake build-up, we recommend the use of LENSER support distribution rings.
Advantages
- Prevents inlet gap changes
- Reduces the risk of pressure differences occurring
- Supports an even cake build-up
- Supports the diaphragm and thus extends its service life
- Replaces any necessary coating of the cloth neck to ensure no filtration in the turbidity channel
Inlet shoes
Inlet shoes prevent material abrasion around the inlet, support controlled filling of the chambers and enable trouble-free operation of the filter press due to our innovative design. They extend the service life of the plate many times over.

- Prevent the occurrence of differential pressures in the filter chambers
- Ensure free inflow for all filtration cycles
- Have a smooth outer contour with continued sealing edge slope, matching the LENSER KX design
- Can be used without the risk of dirty corners
LENSER Fix-Click
The LENSER-Fix Click is a combination of a support distribution ring and a cloth clamping ring. It enables filter cloths to be fitted extremely quickly and securely.

- Enables the use of overhanging cloths instead of push-through cloths
- Secure hold and exact positioning of the fabric
- Use of identical components, shorter service life when changing cloths

LENSER Membrane Control System
With the patented LENSER Membrane Control System (LENSER MCS) you can effectively monitor the repressing process. The LENSER MCS immediately detects when a membrane is leaking and emits a conspicuous blue light signal. In this way, you can see from a distance which membrane filter plate is affected.
