Sealed Filter Elements (CGR)
LENSER filter elements are also available in sealed form. These are based on standard chamber filter elements (KF). For differentiation from the classic LENSER KF, they are assigned the suffix CGR (caulked-grooved) in the nomenclature.
CGR plates are used when the filter chambers must be drip-proof. LENSER offers a variety of sealing materials such as EPDM, silicone, NBR and FKM, depending on the resistance requirements.
For the food and pharmaceutical sector, we use FDA or EU-compliant seals, among others.

We confirm the conformity of the filter elements with the ATEX directive by issuing a corresponding certificate.
