Filter plates and frames
For pressure filtration at low pressure levels.
Chamber filter elements are based on the principle of filter plates and frames. The difference: the frame is permanently integrated into the plate. This significantly increases stability, allowing the plate pack to reliably withstand pressures of up to 50 bar.
These elements are the economical basic solution for filtration processes with low requirements regarding solids content. LENSER supplies them in various formats – for open or closed filtration.
The LENSER KF standard design is not only a cost-effective solution, it also withstands high filtration temperatures.
Advantages
The edge-reinforced design concept of the LENSER KA provides improved stability of the filter plate. The improved stability allows higher filtration pressures in the process.
Advantages
LENSER KX is the name we give to those recessed chamber filter plates that belongs to a LENSER Mixed Pack. These chamber filter plates are always the matching counterpart to the selected membrane filter element.
Advantages
Pressure filtration with chamber filter elements follows a proven principle. The suspension fills the chambers, and the filter cake builds up directly on the filter medium. Increasing pressure dewaters the cake, while the filtrate is collected separately.
The result is a homogeneous filter cake and very good washing results. With compressible media, cycle times may be longer. For greater efficiency, we recommend the LENSER Mixed Pack with membrane plates.
Do you require filter elements for Zone 1 in accordance with the ATEX Directive RL/94/9/EC?
LENSER is a certified manufacturer of electrostatically dissipative elements in Category 2G. Compliance is confirmed by an official certificate.
