Filter plates and frames
For pressure filtration at low pressure levels.
As the inventor of the membrane filter element (1973), we continuously advance membrane technology. LENSER membrane filter elements significantly accelerate your filtration process. They increase dry solids content while simultaneously conserving resources.
This is achieved through mechanical post pressing directly in the chamber – precision fit and efficient.
We develop and manufacture:
The recessed membrane allows a more uniform cake thickness and a very good washing result.
Advantages
The UM bloc version is characterized by a bar row in the edge area that is stepped to double the nap height. It convinces with a particularly high operational reliability, as the UM membrane also tolerates a squeezing in an insufficiently filled or empty filter chamber.
Advantages
High-pressure membrane filter elements are characterized by their high load capacity. Thanks to special inlet designs and material combinations, these filter elements can withstand squeezing pressures of up to 30 bar.
Advantages
Exchangeable membrane filter elements are an efficient and cost-effective solution for maintaining your filter press equipment. In the case of worn elements, it is not necessary to replace the complete filter plate, but only the membrane - the basic body remains intact.
With the KM RUM type, the membrane halves are fixed to the carrier plate by means of clip strips. These designs allow easy and problem-free replacement of the membrane.

With type KM RUD, the membrane are fastened in the designated mounting grooves of the basic body by means of clamping strips. Please note that the KM RUD type can only be used as LENSER Mixed Pack.
Advantages
Unlike pure pressure filtration with chamber filter elements, membrane filter elements feature a flexible filtration layer known as the membrane. After the filling phase, this membrane can be mechanically expanded outward – for example using compressed air or water.
This allows the filter cake to be post pressed evenly across the entire surface. As a result, cycle times are significantly shortened while dry solids content is increased.
During the washing phase, the membrane stabilizes the filter cake by applying constant pressure. Subsequent post pressing after washing further increases the solids content – without the need for prolonged air drying.
Do you require filter elements for Zone 1 in accordance with the ATEX Directive RL/94/9/EC?
LENSER is a certified manufacturer of electrostatically dissipative elements in Category 2G. Compliance is confirmed by an official certificate.
