LENSER Membrane Control System (MCS)
The reliable membrane control system enables continuous function control of the running filter press. Possible leakages are indicated by a clear blue light signal without any time delay.
The blue light signal has different meanings for certain process steps during filtration. For correct interpretation, please have a look at the MCS operating manual.
General information and advantages
- Squeezing without particle dust formation
- Suitable also for high-pressure membranes
- Easy maintenance by battery change after 36 months
- Can be used in all applications due to stainless steel and polypropylene housing
- Preventive control of the membrane function by clear light signal
- Various connection options available
- Retrofitting possible for any filter press with single connection
